I am looking for an MGB GT that I owned from 1989 to 1992 that was also restored during this period. Do you have any records of this car please? I know the MOT expired on 23rd April 2023, but it is taxed so I assume is on the road.

I have fond memories of this car and remember it well – no sunroof, no overdrive, recessed grill (which I particularly like) and there are photographs of the restoration that was carried out. I was the 3rd owner with the first being in Torquay and the mileage at the time was just under 100,000. I bought the car from London Road Garage in Rockbeare, just outside Exeter that isn’t in business any more.

Ideally, I would love to buy ‘Maisie’ back, so would you mind passing my details to the current owner if you have their details, please?

I am keeping everything crossed that I can be reunited with Maisie!
