And a Happy New Year to all our readers!
I have been persuaded to take on the management/editing of the website as well as these ramblings so, if you a) have the technology and b) the inclination, why not take a gentle look. It can be found at www.mgb-register.org and is a mine of information with links to the MGB forum (for all your technical and other questions) as well as events being planned, outside information of interest and links back to the MGCC and issues of Safety Fast! going back for many years.

Looking ahead, I have been asked to draw your attention to the following…
The first event of the year is the Bicester Scramble on January 7. Tickets for this are on sale via the Bicester Heritage website where you can get a discount by entering the code MGBJAN18 in the appropriate Promotions Box. Go to http://bicesterheritage.co.uk/whaton/sunday-scramble-6/ or there is a link from the events page on the MGB Register website.
On February 11 the Register will have a presence at the MG/Triumph Spares Day at StoneleighPark in Warwickshire. The Register AGM is tobe held at Kimber House on February 17 at 11.00am. All members are warmly invited to attend. The Technical Day this year will be hosted by Moss (Europe) at their base close to London Heathrow on March 10. The day, briefly, consists of the following and will, regrettably, be restricted to 25 members. 10.00am Meet and greet and refreshments in boardroom. 10.20am Guided tour to include warehouse and retail space.

11.00am Brunch in boardroom.

11.30 Technical talk *1.

12.30pm Refreshments.

12.45pm Technical talk *2.

1.45pm Open forum. 2:30pm Depart.
